This section of our website gives both an overview and more detailed information about all things Nepalese. You can begin (or finish) by testing your knowledge about Nepal in our Nepal quiz. If you just would like a brief overview of Nepal and some of the major areas that people know about (the Gurkhas, Mt, Everest etc.) then please click here. If you would like further information about major areas of Nepalese life, such as its culture, people, religion, food and so on, then please visit the country information section.

More detailed information and a whole range of additional information including articles, papers and essays can be found in our Resource Centre. This includes travel reports, academic writings and personal reflections about all things Nepalese. If you have written something that you would like to include in this section, please contact us.
